Superb 18K yellow gold ring set with a faceted oval emerald and ten baguette diamonds descending on the body of the ring
We love its deep green and the light it gives off, its shine is accentuated by the baguette diamonds that support it.
Emerald is a beryl, so its hardness index is 7.5 to 8 on the Mohs scale, which makes it a fairly hard stone.
On the other hand, emerald has inclusions called "gardens" which can weaken the stone. it is therefore a question of wearing it with the necessary precautions, because an impact could cause irreversible damage to the gem.
The big advantage of this ring is that our emerald is called "cloisonné", so it is first of all protected by its gold surround, and its oval shape avoids brittle angles!
