Le chaton est travaillé de façon très originale, avec un entourage carré et plongeant sur la pierre, lui donnant un aspect moderne et géométrique. d'un bleu métallique froid, le poids de l'aigue-marine est estimé à 5,3 carats (mesurée, non pesée). Son diamètre est de plus de 11 mm !
