Important ring called "rouleau" in 18K yellow gold and platinum, the domed top entirely set with 14 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.02 carats each (estimated), and a beautiful larger old-cut diamond in the center, weighing approximately 0.30 carats (estimated).
The whole is bordered with small calibrated synthetic rubies. The body of the ring is delicately gadrooned.
