Superb lapel clip in 18-carat white gold and 850°/00 platinum, entirely set with 95 brilliant-cut and old-cut diamonds.
The two largest claw-set diamonds at the end of the earring weigh approximately 0.3 carats each (estimated) and are antique cuts.
Pump closure system, with double pin. Unlike the brooch, it has two pins and not just one.
It is shaped like a figure eight knot, take note to chic sailors.
